I had not been looking forward to the need to find a new audiologist following our move to Carlisle, but I certainly made the right choice. The care you took with the hearing tests, the infinite patience with which you listened to my concerns and the clarity of your explanations and recommendations were exemplary

My partner has troubles with wax build-up and finally booked himself in for treatment this week. He was really impressed with the technician, who was friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable. Treatments like this can be really nerve-wracking or sometimes just awkward but the gent at Castle really put him at ease and the time passed quickly with no issues at all. Thoroughly recommend!

The Expertise and knowledge is second to none. By far the best team of Hearing Care professionals bar none.
But, it’s not just this. The whole service including aftercare, which is imperative, is Awesome. If you need help then these are people for you. I’ve been using them for many many years now.
10/10 from start …. it never finishes but a 10 anyway.
From a cost perspective as well, you get the best overall value for money.
I wouldn’t say I was satisfied though, I would say I am delighted. I did actually cry when I got my most recent aids, the sound was just so good.

I have been having issues with impacted ear wax for over 2 years. Castle Hearing used micro suction and got every piece of ear wax removed. something that the irrigation with water method at my Doctor’s could not do. I highly recommend using Castle Hearing. If issues happen again I shall return.

Castle Hearing (and Frazer in particular) have provided me with the best customer support I have ever received (and I’m no spring chicken).
I had endless niggling problems with my new hearing aids and they have responded to all my problems and have now resolved them all.

I was put at ease whenever I entered. The admin staff were so pleasant. Ian, the audiologist,worked patiently and thoroughly with me. I felt relaxed and comfortable all through the various tests.

Took faulty hearing aids, supplied by other company. Castle hearing performed hearing test and sent faulty units away for repair, in less than a week units returned, reprogrammed and tested.
Could not ask for better or more friendly service, well done.
I’ll be back!

Fraser and Ian helped my Mum (in her 90s) tremendously, we thought she needed a hearing aid but in fact wax removal solved the problem and has made a huge difference to her quality of life. It turned out that more than one visit was necessary to remove it all but there was no additional charge and no attempts to sell hearing aids (or even a hearing test) – I am not sure we’d have had the same outcome if we’d gone to a High Street chain. Very happy indeed.
Thanks too to the office staff who are very friendly and extremely helpful.

I found all the staff especially Ian Edgar, were very helpful and considerate and took time to explain everything that was going to happen. They took time, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Was very patient about how to fit my new Phonak hearing aids.
